Commercial Flooring

RESPOL’s seamless systems have revolutionised commercial flooring for both interior and exterior applications, by allowing decoration and creativity to dictate the results. Commercial shopping centres, retail outlets, offices, bars, clubs and even healthcare and residential accommodation benefit from the systems.

RESPOL’s Reeflor MT is a new technology product for micro thin cementitious coatings ideal for decorative applications and can be used to create many different finishes for floors, walls and paving. Highly resistance to abrasion and superb adhesion properties make this heavy-duty system suitable for installation on a wide variety of surfaces from stone, concrete and steel to wood.

Reeflor CT is a unique set of ‘decorative epoxy’ systems that offer unlimited bespoke flooring finishes, for where performance meets creativity. It can be specified for new construction projects or renovating old concrete surfaces, producing deep and long lasting UV-stable colour. Colour change from light refraction or liquid metal effects, Reeflor CT is an impressive solution.

More traditional but equally impressive is RESPOL’s Reetop CQ 3000 and Reegrip CQ products which are based on a select blend of hardwearing coloured quartz aggregates, solvent-free epoxy resins and curing agents. Smooth (Reetop) or textured (Reegrip) finishes make these non-slip, durable and fast curing systems ideal for public areas.

If a fast cure is paramount, Reeflo, RESPOL’s speediest floor covering yet can be ready for use in just two hours after application, so delivering minimum disturbance to new and refurbishment projects. But it’s not just about speed. Where strength, style and performance count, Reeflo’s seamless properties eliminate cracking, movement and maintenance issues, which are traditionally associated with tiles.

The SassoItalia terrazzo systems bring concrete alive, combining historic Italian style terrazzo with modern polymer technologies that blend into any natural environment. Pedestrian or vehicular traffic make great use of the anti-slip finish in all conditions. Stain resistant and easy to keep clean, SassoItalia can even protect against freeze and salt erosion.

For outdoor areas, RESPOL’s Reetop RC is hard to beat. Utilising the latest in flooring technology, it creates a resin bound gravel system that transforms outdoor (or indoor) areas into eye-catching and attractive environments, without the constant maintenance associated with loose gravel. The aggregate is laid on a resin base to give a tough, non-slip finish that is oil and weed resistant and easy to keep clean. Alternatively, for an outdoor ‘safety’ floor try Reetop FS. It combines polyurethane binders with a wide range of coloured rubber granules to create and maintain a consistent, durable, flexible and hard wearing ‘safe surface’ area that is perfect for a variety of special applications including children’s playgrounds, sports and athletic surfaces, swimming pool surounds and equine stabling.

Whatever the project, whatever the situation, RESPOL have cost effective solutions. From anti-static, electrostatic, UV stable, high abrasion resistance, non-slip, low maintence or durable and fast curing, all of RESPOL’s workmanship and materials are covered by a single source warranty for added piece of mind. Sample areas can also be catered for as part of our preparation prior to laying a complete floor.
